KreateCD is a easy-to-use frontend for cdrecord, the open source cd writing tool.

This document won't give you any information on how to setup your CD-Writer under Linux. A good place to start on CD-Writing is a HOWTO of the Linux Documentation Project (www.linuxdoc.org).
